Training, infrastructure and development
Six areas of expertise, one point of contact. Whether you need to train a team, install a server, rebuild your network or develop an application, it all starts from the same conversation.
Training that turns into independence
Every course is delivered in small groups, online or at your offices, with exercises drawn from your actual work. Participants leave with a reference sheet and follow-up access to ask questions after the session.

Discuss the contentServers and workstations built properly
Infrastructure should never be the thing people talk about. We install it, document it and test the restores — and we leave you an environment someone else could pick up without guessing.

Server installation
Windows Server or Linux, on premises or virtualised, with the full structure around it.
- Windows Server and Linux distributions
- Active Directory and group policies
- DNS and DHCP
- File servers and shares
- User and permission management
- Backups and restore testing
- Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox)
- Documentation handed over to you
Workstations
New machines deployed, data and profiles migrated, line-of-business software installed and access configured.
Printers and peripherals
Network setup, drivers, scan-to-email or scan-to-folder, access rights and print quota management.
Backup and recovery
A 3-2-1 strategy, local and off-site backups, periodic verification and a recovery procedure written down in plain terms.
A secure business network, from cable to firewall
We design and install network infrastructure suited to your organisation, then hand you the plan so you know what is connected where.

- Routers and gateways
- Managed switches
- Wi-Fi access points
- Structured network cabling
- VLAN segmentation
- VPN remote access
- Firewalls and filtering rules
- Wi-Fi coverage optimisation
Site survey
We measure current coverage, find the dead zones and note the constraints of the building.
Design
Addressing plan, segmentation, access point placement and equipment selection, with the matching budget.
Installation
Cabling, mounting, configuration and hardening, scheduled outside your critical hours when needed.
Testing and handover
Throughput and coverage verified, network documented, and a short walkthrough for your team.

Too many businesses pay for a site nobody visits. We start from what your customers actually search for, then build around it.

How a web project runs
- Kick-off meeting: goals, audience, existing content
- Site structure and a homepage mockup
- Copywriting or editing, in English and French if needed
- Build, then testing on mobile and desktop
- Launch, Google indexing and a walkthrough so you can update it

Still running that in Excel or on paper?
A website presents content. A web application does work: it handles schedules, hours, clients, inventory. It replaces the files circulating by email, the double entry and the sheets that go missing.

- Employee management
- Time and shift tracking
- Appointment booking
- Client management
- Inventory
- Employee portals
- Dashboards
- Process automation
We observe
We look at how the work actually gets done today, not how it is supposed to be done on paper.
We scope
We isolate what wastes the most time and price only that part first.
We ship in stages
A usable first version quickly, then additions based on what real use reveals.
We stay with it
User training, fixes and improvements at the pace of your business.
Microsoft 365, Azure and cloud migration
A badly configured cloud costs more than a local server: extra licences, access left open, backups everyone assumed were automatic. We set it up correctly from day one.

- Exchange Online and email
- Teams and SharePoint
- OneDrive and file sharing
- User and licence management
- Hardening and two-factor authentication
Microsoft Azure

Two ways to be supported
One-off troubleshooting solves today’s problem. A monthly plan means there are far fewer of them.

You call when something breaks. Billed per intervention, no commitment.
- Workstation and server troubleshooting

What people ask us most
Do you travel across Quebec?
Yes. Most problems are resolved remotely the same day, which saves you travel charges. For anything physical — servers, cabling, Wi-Fi access points, workstations — we travel anywhere in the province, and travel costs are stated in the quote.
Do you work with individuals or only businesses?
Both. Training, troubleshooting and website creation are available to individuals as well as businesses. Monthly support contracts and server installations are aimed mainly at small and medium businesses.
What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website presents information: who you are, what you offer, how to reach you. A web application does work for someone: it manages schedules, hours, clients, inventory. If you have an Excel file circulating by email inside your company, you probably need an application, not a website.
How long does a server installation take?
A simple installation usually takes one to two days on site, preceded by remote preparation. A full migration with data, accounts and permissions runs closer to one or two weeks, scheduled to avoid interruptions during business hours.
Can training be adapted to our company?
Yes, and it is often the better choice. We use your real tools, your real files and your real situations rather than generic examples. Training can also be split into half-days so the whole team is never away at once.
Do you offer service in French?
Yes. Training, documentation, support and communications are available in French as well as English.
